I have to say I didn't notice! It should be in her filmography but marked as uncredited like New York Stories.

According to producer Mark Gordon, she visited her then boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal at the set of the film The Day After Tomorrow (2004) and that visit gained her an uncredited cameo appearance [IMDB Bio]
