This is a necklace Kirsten designed for the "Women With Heart" Auction which was held in February 2002. Various female celebs designed items of jewellery with proceeds from their sales going to the celebs chosen charities. Kirsten choose the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation.
