05/11/07 at 04:47i'd be less concerned about those boots, and more worried with how Kirsten herself looks. I'm a big fan of Kirsten, and more often than not i applaud her very unusual choices in clothes, but that can't blind me to how awful she looks here. The dress is way baggy and shapeless on her and she's not wearing nearly enough eye makeup to pull off the whole look (and i'm not even a fan of really tight-fitting clothes or lots of makeup) - her actual face looks like death. If she had worn eye makeup like she did at the Paris premiere of Spiderman 3, it would have looked so much better. The colors themselves really flatter her though, paired with that flawless very pale skin and the shoes are really cute but altogether it just doesn't work - it looks like a little girl has played in her mommy's wardrobe. It's just too much - even for an event like this. My absolute least favorite look on her i've seen for years - even worse than the Stockholm Spiderman 3 premiere and the Costume Institute Gala she attended with Jake. I'm probably going to get crap for this, but i just felt like stating my opinion!  |
